Deposit Payment
- A deposit of 40% of the total amount is required to confirm a safari. This can be sent to our bank account via wire transfer or by credit card through our online payment platform; https://payments.pesapal.com/sunnycreeksafaris
- The balance of 60% is to be settled same way 1 week to start of safari or cash upon arrival.
Notes:
- Credit card payments attract an extra fee of 4%
- All payments to ‘Sunnycreek Safaris KE’ are in USD or KSH
Cancellation policy
- Confirmation date – 60 days to safari – 5% of deposit is forfeited
- 59 – 30 Days to Safari – 10% of deposit + bank charges is forfeited
- 29 – 0 Days to Safari: 100% of deposit is forfeited
