DAY 1 NAIROBI-MAASAI MARA
Pick up from the Hotel or Airport and head south towards the Maasai Mara reserve. On the way there is a stopover at the escarpment and here you have a chance to admire the Great Rift Valley then proceed to Maasai Mara where you will arrive in time for Lunch. After checking in at your accommodation you will enjoy your Lunch as you prepare for your evening Game Drive. After the evening game drive you will have dinner and overnight stay as you prepare for the next day.
DAY 2 MAASAI MARA FULL DAY
After breakfast, you prepare to leave for the full day game drive at the reserve. On this day the chances of seeing the big five animals will be high. The animals include lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo, and leopard. Inside the national reserve you are able to enjoy bird watching since there are various types of birds available. Aside from the big five there are chances of seeing other animals like the zebras, antelopes, warthogs, jackals, giraffes and the wildebeest. On arrival at the Mara River you will be able to see the crocodiles and some wildebeest crossing. Lunch will be inside the park as you enjoy the rich savannah grassland and the beautiful landscape. After the game drive you return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay as you prepare for the next day.
DAY 3 MAASAI MARA- LAKE NAKURU
On this day you can also organize with your guide to go visit the Cultural Maasai Village where you will be able to learn more about the Maasai Culture. Then you will head to Lake Nakuru. You will arrive in time for lunch at the accommodation. You will enjoy an evening game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park. After you will head back to the accommodation and enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at your accommodation as you prepare for the next day.
DAY 4 LAKE NAKURU- AMBOSELI
You will have your breakfast at the lodge and then proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park for the early morning game drive. The park is not as big as the Maasai Mara but you will get a chance to experience its beautiful wooded and bushy grasslands. The park is famous for its large numbers of Flamingoes. Aside from that you can experience a lot of bird watching since there are over 300 different species of birds. The clients also get a chance to see various types of animals like the white rhino, lions, leopards, baboons, Rothschild giraffe, buffalos and many more. Once the game drive is complete you embark on a journey to Amboseli National Park. Lunch is on the way from Lake Nakuru National park to Amboseli. You will arrive late in the evening. After checking in at the accommodation, you will take dinner and have your overnight stay as you prepare for the next day.
DAY 5 AMBOSELI FULL DAY
After taking breakfast you head to the park for a full day game drive. Inside the park you will be able to see Mt. Kilimanjaro which is the highest mountain in Africa. You will also get a chance to enjoy the animals which include the big five animals while having the highest mountain creating a beautiful background. The herds of elephants that make Amboseli national park famous will be seen. You will also get a chance to enjoy bird watching in the park with the variety of birds that are available in the park. You will get a chance to enjoy picnic lunch in the park as you enjoy the beautiful savannah landscape. After the game park you return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay as you prepare for the next day.
DAY 6: AMBOSELI-TSAVO WEST
After taking breakfast you head to the park for a morning game drive in Amboseli National Park en route to Tsavo West National Park. Inside the park you will be able to see Mt. Kilimanjaro which is the highest mountain in Africa. After you will embark on a journey to Tsavo West National Park. You will arrive in time for lunch at the accommodation. After lunch you will relax and enjoy an afternoon game drive. Once you are back at the accommodation, you will have dinner and overnight stay as you prepare for the next day.
DAY 7: TSAVO WEST-TSAVO EAST
After your breakfast you will have a morning game drive within the park. There you will get a chance to see Elephants, Lions, Leopards, Cheetahs, Buffalos, Giraffe, Rhinos and other wildlife. You will also get a chance to enjoy a series of natural springs called mzima Spring that provide a crystal-clear water and offering opportunities to view Hippos, Crocodiles and various fish through an underwater viewing chamber. Within the park you will also view the Shetani Lava flow, Rhino Sanctuary and experience bird watching. After the game drive you will proceed to Tsavo East national park. Lunch is on the way to Tsavo East national park. You will will arrive in the evening and check in your accommodation. After you will have your dinner and overnight stay as you prepare for the next day.
DAY 8: TSAVO EAST- DIANI
After your breakfast you will have your morning game drive. Tsavo East National park is known for its vast open savannah and diverse wildlife. Here you will see the large Herds of elephants often seen dust-bathing in the red soil giving them a reddish appearance, you will also see other animals including Lion, Leopard, Buffalos, Giraffes, Zebras, Cheetahs, Hippos and Crocodiles. The park also boast a healthy population of bird species including Ostriches, Storks, Kingfishers and weaver birds. You will get to view the Aruba Dam, Yatta Plateau, Lugard Falls, Mudanda Rock, Galana River and the Open Plain within the park. After the game drive you will head to Diani.
Lunch is on the way to your destination. You will arrive in the evening. The necessary transfers shall be done to mark the end of the safari.
